Amsterdam's Red Light District: Bloedstraat

xxxxxx, Amsterdam red light district (De Wallen / Walletjes / De Rosse Buurt)
The Oudezijds Achterburgwal canal with Bloedstraat (Blood Street) running from it towards Nieuwmarkt. The infamous Bloedstraat is said to be named after blood used to run down the street during executions at Nieuwmarkt. Nowadays it is more known for the blue lights indicating that most of the working "girls" are not girls at all!
Oudezijds Achterburgwal 65 (the building with the white / cream doors) has changed several times over recent years. It was the Red Light Photo Studio for a while which was very similar to the more recent and nearby Red Light Secrets.
